Progression: Holiday Weekends

I lost the Progression forum, so I'm posting here. If you're not interested in raiding, ignore. 
It was pointed out to me that Christmas and New Year's are on weekends this year. I suspect that both Fridays may be bad for some folks, but what about the Saturdays? If folks are going to be here on the 25th and 1st, what would you like to do?
My instinct would be to create guild groups and knock out some of the dungeon achievements if we have enough people on for them, but I'm easy. Also, I'm not 100% sure that we'll be here, either.
No matter what happens on those weekends . . . I'm thinking we'll start raiding on the 7th of January, most likely with Throne of the Four Winds.
