If you've been having FPS problems since 4.01 came... THERE IS HELP.

What I did:

Turn down Liquid Detail:

Menu > Video > Liquid Detail > Low

Turn off Sunshafts:

Menu > Video > Sunshafts > Disabled

Much better now. Back to 60 fps.
