Even more draconian authenticator requirements

You might need to demote me, at least till Januaryish -- I have an authenticator en route, but given Christmas shipping craziness, I dunno when it'll get here, and I can't use the free apps. Not that my account is giant screaming STEAL ME NOW FOR MILLIONS OF GOLD bait, but yeah. Sorry!
