Team Cleric Philosophy and Rules of Behavior.

Philosophy:
Team Cleric is a casual, friends-and-family guild, although we do have an interest in some progression raiding. Raiding will never be mandatory, nor will sign ups—though we’d like to know if you’ll be there! What is mandatory is respect, courtesy, and tolerance. What we do not tolerate here are hatred, theft, and other forms of making the guild a hostile space. This is a safe space.

As for progression, we’re pretty good on Kara but are trying to get more of our members geared through it, and have hit 3/6 ZA, including 2 timers. W00t!

Rules of Behavior:
In general, while we’re fairly casual, we do have a few rules here. Respect, again, is the primary constant here. While off-color jokes and language are not uncommon, that does not mean that sexism, racism, homophobia, or other forms of bigotry are acceptable topics for jokes or as conversational positions. Bullying is also not acceptable.

While there are no hard and fast rules about looting, here are our preferences. Please stick to them whenever possible to avoid being labeled a ninja or otherwise gaining the ire of the guild. On BOP items under most circumstances, hit need if you need it, or otherwise pass, unless it’s a lowbie zerg run and everyone agrees ahead of time.

When rolling in raids, you roll primary need based on the spec and character you're playing, and secondary based on any other specs for the character. We don't make a distinction between alts and main, onspec or offspec other than to consider your current spec your 'onspec' for the night.

Edit: Addendum. Remember, this is Team Cleric. ;) Everyone must have some way of healing-- ie, first aid for most of y'all. :)
