Tier 4 set? Tier 5?

Now that the world is starting to stabilize, I think we should look into T4 and T5 equipment. T5 shoulders are only a Loot Reaver away, so we should be able to pick some of those up. In any case, with the 30% mob nerf, the new talents and spells, and news that Kara was cleared in 45 minutes, I think we need to do some killin'
